So I spent 40 minutes today with an 'Apple Genius', trying to sort out a warranty repair for an iPod nano. It got to a point where I voiced my frustration with it taking so long, and said I had hoped my first Apple retail experience would been a good one. 2 minutes later he pulled out a brand new iPod, gave it to me, apologised for taking so long and I was on my way.
Turns out my first Apple retail experience was an awesome one! Way to go Apple.
